Finding the right counselor is indeed an important step to helping you move in the right direction towards health. As a counselor, I see myself not as someone who has all of life's answers but rather as someone who can walk with you on the journey towards achieving your own goals of health. This collaborative process involves working together to help you grow and overcome the issues that are blocking the roads of life. I enjoy working with a broad range of patients and my areas of focus include, Depression, Anxiety, Couples and Marital Counseling, Familial Relationships, Addictions, Sexuality, Identity Issues and Adjustment Disorders.
