My goal is to empower clients to take control and manage their symptoms independently. I help clients gain insight into their challenges and how they experience mental health symptoms in their lives. I provide psychoeducation to support this insight and work with clients to develop concrete coping skills. Together, we identify short- and long-term goals for therapy and stay focused on achieving them. Clients can increase their emotional intelligence as they learn to manage daily stressors.
