Challenging the roles society has placed on us can be really difficult, but when we break through these barriers to create our own identities, life can feel so meaningful. My passion is working with individuals and couples, especially people of colour, men, and the LGBTQ community, to re-define themselves into who they truly want to be. By helping individuals be their truest selves in relationships, I also help couples create a more balanced partnership.
