As a therapist, my goal is to help you deepen your understanding of the problem. Understand how and why it exists, and then implement ways to help you feel growth. I want to help you make the changes that you see as important. I want to help you lay a new foundation of living that makes you feel empowered and in control. I am passionate about mental health and making ourselves a priority in life. I have experience with addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, marriage and family, and more. I am rooted in Psychoanalytic theory, believing that our experiences in life shape how we engage the world. I add on theories that I believe will best fit your need.
