My name is Jeremy K Feigenbaum. I have done my own emotional healing, therapeutic work for the last 20 years. I believe that effective therapists do their own work as well. From this personal work, I have learned how to effectively hold space for others and to process through difficult situations and emotions. I am skillful in working with individuals, youth, couples, groups and families in resolving issues and getting everyone’s primary needs met. I am particularly passionate about doing couple’s/marital therapy including working with new parents. I have experience working with clients who suffers from depression, general anxiety/panic attacks, social anxiety, performance anxiety, disabilities, shame & low self-esteem, trauma, career changes, chronic pain, relationship/ friendship. My primary therapeutic foundation is humanistic and somatic psychology.
