I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression and stress connected to life's many transitions. Together, we will explore the difficulties and stressors that contribute to a loss of self-esteem and socialization challenges. We will work together to create strategies to explore and feel more confident in yourself, your feelings and your goals. I will assist with building confidence, strengths and weaknesses, explore relationships, and manage social challenges. I use compassion, empathy and humor to assist in finding empowerment and self direction to navigate high school, college and career exploration.
