My areas of specialty include working with individuals impacted by trauma, depression and anxiety. I stay informed of new research, techniques, and tools as they relate to psychotherapy and mental health. I have advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, and Ecotherapy.
