Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Colorado Christian University and have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years. I have training and experience with family issues, children/adolescents, parenting, men's issues, and faith-based counseling. I am committed to helping those I work with find practical solutions and take active steps towards resolving problems, improving relationships, and leading a healthier life. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, answer any questions you may have, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
