Hi, I’m Jeremy. Through ongoing self-inquiry, I can help you gain confidence in your innate ability to heal from trauma, embody present awareness, and listen to your body, emotions, dreams and inner compass so that you are aligned in living from your truth. With an MA in Transpersonal Counseling, I integrate consciousness exploration with therapy. Trained as a transpersonal psychotherapist in San Francisco, California, I have practiced a blend of existential, humanistic, and relational therapy, Dzogchen, harm reduction therapy (motivational interviewing) for working with addiction, and support for radical self-acceptance since 2006.
