I am a licensed mental health counselor based in New York City and serving clients throughout New York State. My approach is rooted in the belief that at the core of human suffering are unmet needs—whether it's the need to belong, to feel seen, or to live authentically. I understand that we often struggle because these needs aren't being met, and I'm here to help you uncover and navigate the barriers to fulfilling them. The work we do together is akin to stone carving, where we'll collaboratively uncover your true essence by gently removing the parts of yourself that no longer serve you.
