Hi there, I'm Jeremy! I know how difficult it can be to find a therapist. Thank you for taking the time to read this. There are a lot of good options in therapy that offer the following: challenging your thoughts, replacing your thoughts, charting beliefs, emotions, and actions, sitting in uncomfortable silence, etc I'm offering how to accept these thoughts, emotions, and uncomfortable silences, while using a few skills to be in the moment and less reactive. Depending on the situation, we can use breath work, guided imagery, somatic work, exposure therapy, and yes, even the dreaded journaling.
