I have experience working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and am committed to providing an affirming, inclusive, and culturally responsive therapeutic environment where all identities and lived experiences are welcome. I utilize a trauma-informed therapy approach that integrates art therapy and mindfulness-based practices to support emotional processing, insight, and regulation. Through creative expression, body-based awareness, and verbal processing, we work together to build insight, improve regulation, and develop deeper self-understanding in a supportive environment.
