Hello! I am Jeri Howell, a Licensed therapist from Illinois. I hold a Master's Degree in Human Development Counseling and have been practicing for over 25 years. I want to help people recognize their own strengths and build on the resilience they already possess. I work with individuals, couples, as well as teens and young adults. I am available for telehealth and in-person services at the Be Well Therapy Center in Mt. Sterling, IL. From the first session, we will be building our rapport, and I will do my best to help you manage whatever challenges you are facing. I will challenge you to think differently and explore the changes you may want to make to achieve the goals you have for your life.
