If you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel helpful, you're not alone. Many people I work with are navigating trauma, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, ADHD, self-esteem concerns, or relationship challenges, and feel unsure how to move forward despite their efforts to cope. Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what you've been carrying. I work with adolescents and adults using a trauma-informed, relational approach. Healing happens within a relationship where you feel safe to be your authentic self, so I meet each client with patience, curiosity, and acceptance. I draw from psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral, and Narrative therapies, and tailor my approach to support your unique needs.
