For 45 years, I have specialized in treating undiagnosed or untreated trauma, loss, grief, chronic illness, addictions and gender and or sexual fluidity. Most clients are externally 'highly functioning' in their day to day life. Their pain is hidden and invisible. I work to gently but directly guide us to discover self created barriers often outside our everyday awareness, to facilitate the process of identifying, acknowledging, grieving and letting go (over and over again!) of those things that interfere with creating a healthier, more contented and meaningful life. View 5 Photos Conventional 'talk therapy' occurs in our left brain which uses language and reasoning to process our experiences. Trauma is stored in the body and the non verbal right side of the brain. My expertise is finding the barriers that are hidden in the right brain, the body and the five senses to facilitate deep, comprehensive healing.
