I offer therapy for individuals, children, adolescents, and families. I work with my clients from an attachment based framework. Underlying my approach in working with clients is the understanding that what really gives us resilience and emotional health is the experience of being securely connected with other people and particularly those who are closest to us. I work with clients to utilize tools to improve the interactions with areas they may be struggling. I specialize in helping clients with anxiety, trauma, and parenting issues. I am also trained in EMDR and Flash Technique to help people process trauma more effectively.
