The perfect client is anyone ready to actively work on their healing. I like to put my clients in the driver seat because they know what is best for them. As a therapist I will be there to listen, and guide the healing process. I enjoy being a person centered therapist, and tailoring my therapy style to what best suits the client. I enjoy utilizing solution focused and trauma informed therapy styles. CBT and motivational interviewing are also helpful for behavior change.
