I think most of us realize that it is an understatement that life can be challenging working through the trauma(s) large or small that we may have experienced throughout our lives, and dealing with our relationships with family (partners, our children, parents other family members) friends and our jobs. My approach to therapy has been based the belief that that we each have an ability to heal, and that we each have an inner wisdom and intuition to know what we each need to work on and to know when we are ready to work on particular issues.
