About
I work with clients who are dealing with mood and anxiety issues, anger management, ADHD, PTSD, substance abuse, LGBT+, and Men's issues. I see individual adults for in-person and telehealth sessions. I assist my clients in identifying and working toward resolution or management of their psychological stressors. Other areas of concern that I can assist with are work/life balance, stress management, career counseling needs, and conflict resolution skills. First off I am blunt and to the point with my patients. Therapy is about developing healthy coping skills to manage life and developing genuine communication skills. I ask that my patients be open and forthcoming as their comfortability grows in session. My specialties are in Trauma Informed Care and Cognitive Behavioral Interventions.
