My approach with clients is to remain person-centered and provide a safe place to address mental health needs. I use a trauma-informed approach for many of my clients because I am keenly aware that past events often influence the choices we make today. If you are experiencing traumatic stress, grief, or addiction, the methods I use can help alleviate the stress and anxiety that occur with these issues. My work also includes treating traumatic stress with first responders and military veterans using bi-lateral stimulation techniques found in EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I'm a licensed LPC and LISAC with the AZBBHE.
