I am only conducting telehealth sessions and will do so exclusively for the foreseeable future. I work with adults on an individual basis or with couples. I am most effective working with anxiety problems, panic, depression, grief and loss, or with relationship issues. I work best with persons who are dedicated to learning about themselves and who are interested in improving the quality of their lives and of the lives of their loved ones. I've developed an integrative approach to therapy, utilizing methods from any effective therapy to tailor my approach to the unique needs and characteristics of each client. My work always is based on the central importance of the therapeutic relationship: a mutual, trusting, safe, open bond between client and therapist.
