Everyone deserves peace of mind. As a trauma focused therapist, and helping people who struggle with depression and anxiety, as well as substance abuse, I have the experience to help the individual to navigate their journey to healing. My approach is to challenge the individual to take a truly, personal look at themselves, and to explore how they can make the needed changes to find the answers to what is causing the discomfort in their lives, all in a safe environment that encourages growth. I believe the client is the expert on themselves and I am here to guild them. I work with children, families, individuals, and couples.
