If you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, behavioral challenges, or simply feeling stuck with lack of life direction, I would love to offer you support. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what’s holding you back and discover what’s possible. While utilizing a compassionate and solution focused approach, I enjoy supporting adults, children, and teens navigate through hardships. I have enjoyed working with a variety of special populations from gang-affiliated kids, children experiencing emotional distress and behavioral outbursts, to adults experiencing significant mental health challenges.
