Life can become difficult out of nowhere or maybe it feels like no matter what you try it has always been hard. Often times this is due to not having the right skills to be able to navigate through our emotional response to what has happened to us or what we may have done. It is my goal to provide a space for any client to be comfortable enough to open up and not worry about judgment or being heard, I also call my clients out on destructive behaviors or beliefs. I do this because as humans we tend to be blind to them and having an unbiased person to do that for us can be extremely beneficial for our growth.
