Hi! I graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health. I am a bilingual therapist fluent in English and Spanish. I assist women, children, and teens in reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, postpartum anxiety, prenatal depression, menopause symptoms, suicide preventions, and common childhood behavioral problems, by encouraging the development of new skills. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
