I specialize in working with people are dealing with anxiety (constant worry, perfectionism, people-pleasing, panic, phobias including emetephobia) as well as people experiencing OCD (intrusive thoughts and behaviors you perform to feel safe). My clients are often people who look very high functioning but are struggling internally. They are just people who just want to feel better in their relationships, their work, and really just in their own heads.
