I approach therapy from a humanistic and developmental lens, believing that people are inherently capable of growth, healing, and change when provided with the right support and environment. I specialize in working with young adults, a life stage full of transition, self discovery, and often, deep emotional challenges. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals who struggle with self-harm and thoughts of suicide. I approach this work with care, compassion, and a nonjudgmental presence, aiming to create a space where clients feel safe to speak openly and begin to build hope, even in their darkest moments.
