I often work with clients who live their lives with an extremely vocal (and opinionated) inner-critic. Though they may be outwardly successful and well-liked, their critic is always quick to tell them how they still don't quite measure up. My clients often feel like they have a lot of potential and direction, but that this doesn’t do anything for their sense of lostness or stuck-ness. This becomes maddening and immobilizing - eventually causing a cascade of other problems that feel equally stuck. I'm skilled at partnering with clients to get underneath this pattern and finally align who they are with who they think they should be.
