I offer heart-centered, somatic–spiritual sessions that honor the body as an intelligent guide and the heart as an organ of perception. My work blends somatic psychotherapy with gentle energetic support, creating a spacious, unhurried container for embodied listening. Heart Doula Sessions are 90-minute experiences devoted to listening to your lived experience through somatic inquiry and integrative energy work. As the body is listened to, clarity emerges, regulation deepens, and inner sovereignty is restored. Time is part of the medicine. Sessions are offered in person and virtually.
