I believe in the power of collaboration to help clients achieve their goals. As a therapist at Impact Psychological Services, I guide clients toward a deeper understanding of themselves so they can truly thrive. I draw from multiple modalities to support trauma treatment, explore identity, reduce shame, build self-esteem, and strengthen communication and conflict resolution skills. I work with clients of all ages, supporting those experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also specialize in working with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ youth, adults, couples, and multi-partnered relationships navigating connection and relationship
