I have provided counseling & therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in various settings including schools, group homes, residential treatment facilities, in-office, in-home and virtually. My treatment specialties and interests include mental health for women & girls, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, parenting support, pre & postnatal support, grief, trauma, adjustment, stress management, divorce/separation, and support for military families. While providing a safe and comfortable environment, I develop flexible treatment modalities centered on your individual needs. I prefer to take a collaborative and creative approach to the therapeutic process, develop a strong therapeutic relationship, get to know the individual client, and determine which practices and tools will work best to help you.
