I’m a master’s student in Mental Health Counseling. My approach is based on the idea that we create narratives about ourselves, which can empower us or hold us back. We will explore these narratives and work together to discover new perspectives. We will also explore the parts of yourself that you feel shame, guilt, or distress about both from an individual perspective and from a systemic and social justice-oriented lens. My approach is tailored to you and integrates a client-centered, relational approach with Internal Family Systems, DBT, and CBT. I have also completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
