I’m passionate about supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging moments with empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based care. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, helping clients build resilience, heal from past experiences, and strengthen their relationships.I believe therapy should be a safe and empowering space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported in their growth.
