Our world today is filled with complex challenges that can leave us feeling insecure, anxious, or unhappy. The foundation of my practice is to help clients work through difficult situations with support and kindness, free from judgment. I have extensive experience working with clients from 7-80. In addition to being a social worker, I have worked in the public school system for 13 years, and I can help parents navigate the special education process or support young folks with challenges they may be experiencing in school.
