I’m a Certified Anxiety Specialist and LCSW who helps people break free from anxiety, stress, and self-doubt. I don’t just listen, I teach practical skills while working alongside you. My approach is hands-on and collaborative, meaning we work together in each session to understand your challenges, identify patterns, and practice strategies that actually make a difference in your daily life. In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know you as a whole person. I’ll learn about your experiences, your past, and what has brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about your goals and what you hope to get out of our work together, both in terms of skills and personal growth.
