I'm passionate about walking with you on your journey and supporting you in reaching your fullest potential, whether you are wanting to learn about your Self, manage life's tough moments, or engage in deep healing work. As an EMDR trained therapist, I strive to help you understand and heal from the impact of distressing experiences on your mind, body, and relationships with yourself and others.
