Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here! I have extensive experience supporting people through life transitions, gender identity and sexuality exploration, self-esteem development, social anxiety, trauma reprocessing, and relationship challenges. Additionally, I have a special interest in working with autistic and ADHDers including those who are high masking, questioning, late diagnosed, or self-identified. Short Term Services: I can provide one-off appointments and evaluations for those seeking gender affirming care as well as short term support in navigating acute stressors like a miscarriage, abortion, or grief/trauma anniversaries. My approach draws from a combination of theoretical lenses and modalities ranging from EMDR, strengths based, relational, somatic psychotherapy, and ego states/IFS. Clients tend to find me honest, easy to connect with, and attuned- with some dark humor sprinkled in if that's your style :)
