I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) and Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern (RMFTI) at The Meaningful Life Center who is passionate about helping adults navigate life's challenges. I have experience working with couples, providing sex counseling, and supporting adults diagnosed with anxiety, borderline personality disorder (BPD), and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I utilize a humanistic, integrative approach to therapy, incorporating evidence-based interventions from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and person-centered modalities. I offer an affirming, inclusive, and empathetic space for clients. I value collaboration and believe clients should have an active voice in their treatment to ensure they receive care that meets their unique needs. My clinical interests include relationship counseling, sex therapy, DBT, exposure and response prevention (ERP), and trauma-focused work.
