I am a compassionate Associate therapist who specializes in working with couples and adult individuals, providing support to clients with a range of life challenges and concerns. I am certified in Prepare Enrich, and trained in EFT, to help couples of all ages and stages of life - or even one person in the relationship struggling with challenges or major decisions. Additionally, I am a trauma informed therapist trained in EMDR to assist with healing. Research shows EMDR allows the brain to process events that happened to us instead of storing trigger responses in the body. EMDR can also be helpful with anxiety, depression and more.
