Many people begin therapy feeling uncertain about where to start. I work with adolescents (10+), women, and gender-queer individuals who may feel disconnected from their needs, weighed down by anxiety or self-doubt, or caught in patterns of over-control. Additionally, many feel unsettled by the state of the world or dissatisfied in areas such as family, career, or relationships, and want to find more balance and hope. Together, we focus on values-based work that promotes healthier habits and fosters lasting, positive change.
