I have over 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist. I specialize in treating adults with anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. I also provide couples therapy. I am a medical doctor, and am able to prescribe medication, when medication is indicated. I help my patients learn about themselves and their relationships by discovering the underlying problem and addressing that directly. Treatment that works facilitates internal change that lasts. I learn a lot about you from listening to your story of yourself and your life. Also, we both learn a lot from reflecting on our interactions with each other. I completed a four-year fellowship in Advanced Psychiatry at Austen Riggs Center. I am board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and the American Board of Physicians and Surgeons.
