Life already has its’ natural and expected stressors but when combined with unresolved conflict it can feel almost impossible to cope and strive. We often forget that our lives are fluid and we stay in a rigid frozen state and forget our own resilience and adaptability. However; it is in those events, we realize there is much we don’t know about ourselves. We come to the fruition that we want to get better, feel less pain and anguish and we begin to feel accomplished through growth.
