Change is not easy, but it is possible—even when it feels unlikely. Since 2011, I’ve helped diverse clients create positive change across various behavioral health settings, including inpatient and outpatient care, substance use treatment, crisis services, and private practice. I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ community, people in recovery, military members and their families, suicide attempt survivors, and those facing major life changes. I also bring a wealth of lived experience from my own recovery journey.
