I use a mindfulness based approach and psychedelic ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP) in my work with couples and individuals from all walks of life. The majority of my clientele are working on learning how to be more present in the here and now, seeking to improve their relationships, and find life satisfaction. I help clients reconnect with their true selves, develop emotional awareness, work through relationship conflict, rebuilding trust, and improve intimacy. Clients who work best with me are open to change, willing to let go, and reconnect with their own internal relationships.
