We live in an overstimulating world. Our culture constantly has us on the go and it can be anxiety inducing. Sometimes the need to live up to all the expectations that get put on us by ourselves and others can be overwhelming. These feelings can lead to depression as well. I want to help clients slow down and function their best. In a world full of trials and traumas, sometimes we just need to take the time for some introspection.
