My name is Jesse Roessler, and I am a licensed clinical mental health therapist. I am licensed in both Louisiana and Vermont. I approach therapy from a person center perspective. I work with adults needing support during various life transitions and upheavals. My approach is mainly person centered, though I have frequently utilized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in sessions to help clients shift perspectives to help them achieve their goals. My approach varies from client to client as different modalities are often needed depending upon the individual.
