Or, maybe you're questioning your sexual identity and are simply tired of living inauthentically. When you’re feeling hopeless, helpless, or just plain stuck, therapy can provide understanding and meaningful change for your life. I specialize in working with adults who feel ready to process anxiety and past or childhood trauma in an outpatient telehealth setting. My approach to therapy is about giving you space to be unapologetically you, no filter needed. My work strives to be trauma literate, sex/body positive, spiritually open, LGBTQ affirming, and kink/sex-worker allied.
