Life is filled with challenges and uncertainty, which often makes it difficult to move forward. Both children and adults’ experiences of the unknown can result in them feeling anxious, worried, and/or frustrated. I have focused my professional work in helping people gradually face their fears and problematic behaviors while integrating coping strategies along the way. I strive to help each client recognize their resilience and ability to grow.
