I work with adults, and couples facing trauma, PTSD, grief, depression, and attachment challenges. My integrative approach includes Gestalt, ACT, inner child, and compassion-focused therapies. For couples, I use Gottman and emotionally focused–informed methods to strengthen connection and communication.
