If connecting deeply with the people you love feels impossible some days, I'm the therapist for you. I help couples and individual clients shift how they connect and express themselves, drawing on tools from mindfulness and Gottman Method couples therapy. We’ll do a relationship checkup, identify patterns, analyze past arguments, and get curious-trying new tools and approaches to achieve healing, recover from addiction or traumatic experiences, and grow.
